The president of  the Unión Romaní intervened in the plenary session of the World Conference against the Racism that was inaugurated the 31st of August in Durban in the presence of 17 heads of state.
The intervention of Ramírez-Heredia was reply by Fidel Castro who showed impressed for the report realized.
